to be invalid as violating any lava of the State of I'larida or
federal law, then in such event only such provision shall be invalid
without in any way affecting the remaining provisions of this contract,
which shall in all respects remain in full force and effect.
14: ELECTION OF DOMICILE:
This contract shall be construed according to the laws of the State
of Florida and the Purchaser and the Seller attorn to the Courts of
the State of Florida.

15: APPLICABILITY: s
Subject to the aforesaid restriction against transfer by Purchaser,
the contract shall apply to, inure to the benefit of and bind the
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of Purchaser
and Seller.
16: INTERPRETATION:
Headings and titles to paragraphs herein are for convenience only and
are not meant to affect the interpretation hereof. Wherever the
context requires in this contract, the singular shall be taken to
mean the plural,. and the masculine gender, the feminine or neuter
and vice versa.
17: ATTORNEY'S FEES:
In the event of any dispute hereunder the prevailing party .shall be
entitled to reasonable attorney's fees and costs and attorney`s
fees shall include such fees at the appellate level.
18: NOTICES:
Whenever any party desires to give notice unto any other or others,
such notice shall be in writing and it shall be deemed given when
(and only when) it shall have been deposited in the United States
Registered or Certifies ?ails, with return receipt requested,
addressed to the Seller, Purchaser and Holder at the addresses herein-
above specified. Any change of address shall be effective only upon
notice in the r.!w„^er aforesaid. In the event of postal disruption,
notice may be affected by other written form of telecommunication or
by personal service.

19: GENERAL:
Where Seller has provided engineering data, drawings and specifications
for use of Equipment, the following conditions will apply:
(a) Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Seller
harmless against, and from, any liability or claim
for damages sustained by reason of deviation in whole,
or in part, from such engineering drawings, even
though such deviation may have been based on verbal,
technical representation attributed to Seller personnel.
(b) All engineering data, dra~•~ings and specifications
shall remain the property of Seller and any informa-
tion contained therein is not to be divulged to third
parties without written authorization from Seller.
The Purchaser agrees to use such equipment at his own
risk. There are no rights, warranties or conditions.
expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, other
than those herein contained.
