No prior or other conditions,`wazranties or representations, express
or implied, statutory or otherwise with respect to said Equipment
or this contract or affecting the rights of the parties, other
than as specifically contained herein, have been made by Seller, its
officers or agents, except as may be set forth in manufacturer's
current caarranty, applying to Equipment covered by this contract,
nor shall any agreement collateral hereto be binding upon Seller '
unless endorsed hereon in writing.
