O R D E R
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the sworn Petition For
Temporary And Emergency Relief of the Wife, requesting a restraining
order ex-parte and without bond, and the Court having examined the
sworn Petition and having heard the sworn testimony of the Wi€e, as
to the need for a restraining order and her financial inability to
post bond and the necessity for a restraining order to be entered ex-
parte, and the Court further finding that the Husband had previously
agreed to a restraining-order being entered in the Agreement signed
by him filed in this cause, and the Court being otherwise fully

advised in the premises, it is thereupon

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. That the Husband, WILLIAM H. ZORN, be, and is hereby
ordered enjoined and restrained from interfering. with, harassing,
abusing, assaulting, battering, annoying or otherwise interfering
or bothering the Wife, ANITA B. ZORN, and the Husband, WILLIAM H.
ZORN, be, and is hereby further ordered enjoined and restrained
from going to the residence of the Wife or to the Wife's place of
business and the Sheriff of Saint Lucie County and his authorize3
deputies, be, and are hereby ordered and authorized to enforce this
restraining order without further order of this Court ar_d to take
the offending party into custody, to incarcerate the offending party
in the Saint Lucie County Jail and then to bring the offending party
