mises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida. viz:
Lot 31, Block 149, PORT ST. IIICIE, SDCPION 27, according to the Plat thereof,
rewrcled in Plat Book I4, pages 5, SA through 5I, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to restrictions, reservations, rights-of-way and easements of record.
Subject to that certain mortgage from Grantees to First Federal Savings and
Loan Association of Fort Pierce, dated October 9, 1979, recorded in O.R. Boox
318, page 2039, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in the
original principal sum of $27,500.00.
Grantors covenant unto Grantees that the herein described real property is
not now, nor has it ever been, the homestead of either of the Grantors.
