This matter having come before the Court for a hearing
on October 18, 1979, upon the motion of C. L. RUSSUM to remove
this cause from the trial docket, and the Court having heard
the argument of counsel and being fully advised in the premises,
it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Remove the Cause
from the Docket is denied; it is
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that C. L. RUSSUM shall have
five (5) days from the dateof this Order to serve upon WILLIAM
H. HILSON an additional Notice to Produce which shall specify
with particularity the documents or other items of evidence
sought to be produced; thereafter, WILLIAM H. HILSON, shall have
ten (10) days in which to produce the requested material.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
