THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing-upon the consent of ,
- the parties upon the Motion for Continuance filed on behalf
of the Defendant, CITY OF FORT PIERCE, and the Court being '
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is upon
consideration .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Pre-Trial Conference
scheduled for November 21, 1979 at 4:00 P.M. and the Trial
scheduled for December 10, 1979 at 9:30 A.M., be and they
are hereby continued and said Pre-Trial and Trial shall be
set fog the next available times after the month of December,
1979, and new Orders will be issued to all parties through
their attorneys of record concerning the date for the Pre-
Trial and for the Trial.
