THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court upon
the Motion of the counsel for the Defendants to withdraw as
counsel of record in this cause, and the Court, having consid-
Bred the same, and being otherwise fully advised in the premi-
sis, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Robert J. Gorman, of the
law firm of BRENNAN, McALILEY, HAYSKAR & McALILEY, is hereby
allowed to withdraw as counsel of record for the Defendants,
JOHN MOORS and BERNADETTE M. MOORS, his wife, and it is
E FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the pre-trial
conference scheduled for October 17, 1979, is cancelled and
the case shall be removed from the trial docket, giving the
Defendants time to retain substitute counsel.
