THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on the Motion
of the Defendant, RITECO DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, for entry of
Final Judgment in accordance with the Directed Verdict entered
herein by the Court in favor of said Defendant, counsel for the
parties having stipulated to Hearing by conference telephone
call, and the Court being otherwise duly advised in the premises,
it is, upon consideration thereon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Final Judgment is hereby
entered in favor of the Defendant, RITECO DEVELOPI!~NT CORPORATION,
and against the Plaintiffs, OMA JAMES and LUCILLE JAMES, his

wife, and said Plaintiffs shall go hence without day.
The Court reserves jurisdiction for disposition of

the Motion of Defendant, RITECO DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, to tax
costs, filed hereinbefore, and said Motion shall be heard at
the same time as the Evidentiary Hearing on the indemnification
a
claim of RITECO DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION against DEVITT ADAMS
and AMERICAN EMPLOYERS INSURANCE COI?iPANY, to be set by this
Court hereafter.
