Before me, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared G. RUSSELL PETERSEN, ESQ., who, being duly sworn,
says that he is the agent and attorney of JOHN SHAFFER d/b/a ti
SHAFFER'S AIR CONDITIONING, the lienor herein, whose address
is 1560 NORTH EAST 131ST. STREET, NORTH MIAMI, FLORIDA 33161,
and that in pursuance of a contract with ISLAND PARTNERS, INC.,
a Florida corporation, d/b/a SHERATON RESORRT IN d/b/a ISLAND
~ BEACH CLUB, lienor furnished labor, services and materials ~

consisting of repairs to room air conditioners and the
provision of parts and labor incident to such repairs, all on f
the following described real property in St. Lucie County,
Florida: the Sheraton Resort Inn, now known as the Island Beach
Club, North Highway A-1-A on Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach, ~
St. Lucie County, Florida 33457, owned by ISLAND PARTNERS, INC.,
a Florida corporation, d/b/a SHERATON RESORT INN d/b/a/ ISLAND ~
I BEACH CLUB, said labor and parts and materials being of a total
it value of $646.92, of which there remains unpaid $646.92 and
furnished the first of the same on August 9, 1979, and the last
of the same on August 9, 1979.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that a copy of this Claim of Lien has
been served upon ISLAND PARTNERS, INC. at its registered
office at the SHERATON RESORT INN, North Highway A-1-A, n
Beach, Florida 33457, by registered ma' his 8th day
November, 1979, pursuant to law.
