Tracts C, D, E, F, and the South 1/2 of Tract G, Coral Cove Beach, Section One,
as per plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 30A and 30B, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the said LUCILLE V . COSTA, joined

exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every part thereof; Provided always,.
