in O.R. Book 198, page 2688, O.R. Book X98, page 2690, and O.R. Book 199,
page 2283, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, together
with all appurtenances thereto together with an undivided interest in
the common elements and limited common elements thereof.
SUBJECT to conditions, restrictions, reservations, limitations and
easements of record; applicable zoning ordinances, taxes and assessments
for the year 1979, and subsequent years.
SUBJECT to that certain mortgage from Robert C. Brady to Citizens Federal
Savings and Loan Association of St. Lucie County dated January 18; 1977, -
recorded February 7, 1977, in O.R. Book 263, page 1887, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, having an original principal balance
of $24,000.00, which the grantees herein expressly assume and agree to pay,
and having a principal balance as of November 5, 1979, of $23,176.27.
