SUBJECT to that certain mortgage from Donald E. Jacobson and Marilee I.
Jacobson, his wife, to Indian River Federal Savings and Loan Association

2979, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, having an
original principal balance of $ 55,000.00, which the grantees herein
expressly assume and agree to pay, and having a principal balance as of
