COMES NOW the Husband, WILLIAM L•. STARVES, and files this
his Voluntary Dismissal of the Petition For Modification previously
filed herein by the Husband. The Husband does file this Voluntary
Dismissal without prejudice pursuant to the Florida Rules Of Civ~_1
Procedure and the Husband further states that he understands this
Voluntary Dismissal without prejudice will end his action based upon
the petition to modify the Final Judgment to allow him to live in
the house.
