PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
Petitioners, as personal representatives of the above
estate allege:
1. Decedent, William R. Center, a resident of St.
Lucie County, Florida, died on July 23, 1977, and letters
of administration were issued to petitioners on August 1,
1977.
2. Petitioners file with this petition a f final ac-
counting containing a complete report of all receipts and
disbursements since the commencement of administration of this
estate, or since the date of the last accounting filed in it,
if any .
3. Petitioners have fully administered this estate

by making payment, settlement or other disposition of all
i
~ claims and debts that were presented and by paying or making
provision for the payment of taxes and expenses of administra-

tion.
4. The amounts of compensation either paid or to be
paid to the personal representatives, attorneys,- accountants,
appraisers or other agents employed by the personal represen-
tatives are:
