THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED Made and executed the 10th
day of October A.D. 19 79 by .
SOUTHERN MORTGAGE ASSOCIATES, INC.
a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Arkansas
hereinafter called the grantor, to SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND
URBAN DEVELOPMENT OF WASHINGTON, D. C., hereinafter called the
grantee:

The South 36.8 feet of Lot 2 and the North 43.2 feet
of Lot 3-, Block 1, LILEM SUBDIVISION, as in Plat
Book 9, Page 73, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. ~
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditamen~s and
- appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that
it is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that it has
good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that ;
it hereby specially warrants the title to said land and will
defend the same .against the lawful claims of all persons claiming
by through or under grantor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the grantor has caused these presents
