Plat of White City, Recorded in Plat Book 1 page 23, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Be it expressedly understood, should this right of way not be opened and improved

and void and all rights therein shall revert back to the grantor.
THIS DEED is made for the purpose of giving and granting to the party of the second part, its successors, legal repre-
sentatives and assigns, a rightof-way for public highway and drainage purposes; and the said part~Lof the first part
