HomeMy WebLinkAbout0133 ?65498 RESOLUTION NO. 79-101 WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission, after holding a public hearing of which-due notice was published at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing and all owners of property within 300 feet were notified by mail of said hearing, has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County that the hereinafter described requests for changes in zoning classi- fication be GRANTED, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on November 6, 1979 after publishing a notice of said hearing in the News Tribune on October 22, 1979. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis- sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida in meeting assembled this 6th day of November, 1979 as follows: 1. That the zoning of the following described property in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: Lots A,B,C and D and Lot 7, all in Block 4 of St. Lucie Gardens, a subdivision of part Qf Section 31 Township 36 South, Range 41 East, as recorded i~ Plat Book 1, page 35, Public Records of St. Lucie County owned by RANSOM R. TILTON, be and the same is hereby changed from A-1 (agriculture) to R-4B (multiple Dwellings). i 2. That the zoning of the following described property in St. r Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: ' The east 168 feet of the west 349 feet of the south 1 ~ 200 feet of Lot 175 of Maravilla Gardens Subdivision, Unit Three, as recorded in flat Book 6, page 62. owned by VILLAGER DEVELOPMENT, INC., be and the same 1s hereby ( changed from B-4 (general business) to R-4E (multiple dwellings, hotel and motel).
