HomeMy WebLinkAbout0230 ~ ~ . _ ~ L©GAL DESCRIPTION 1772 C-3 GULFSTREAM AVENUE Commencing at a concrete monument at the Southeast corner of Block 5, Ocean View Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 61, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, run North- westerly along West right-of-way line of Granada Street 286.09 feet to a monument; then on a back angle of 107°42' turned to the right run a distance of 21.65-feet to a point on the Range Line or reference line set forth on survey of W.J. Schoepfer, R.L.S., dated May 10, 1978; then on a back angle of 92°41' turned to the right, run Southerly along said Range Line 127.69 feet to a point on the exterior surface of fence which is the Point of Beginning. Thence continue Southerly along Range Line through center of fence and party wall a distance of 50 feet more or less to a point on exterior surface of wall; turn thence and run Westerly on a back angle of 90° turned to the left, 33 feet more or less along exterior surface of wall to a point at the end of said wall; turn thence and run Northerly on a back angle of 90° turned to the left, a distance of 17 feet more or less along exterior surface of wall to the I' center line of party wall; turn thence and run 16.33 feet Easterly more s or less on a back angle of 90° turned to the left, along center line of party wall to the center line of North/South party wall; turn thence and run Northerly on a back angle of 90° turned to the right, 33 feet s more or less along center of party wall to a point; turn thence and run Easterly on a back angle of 90° turned to the left 16.66 feet more or Tess along exterior surface of fence to the Point of Beginning. !i~!(I J .
