of St. Lucie County, Florida, and FREDDIE LEE ANDERSON, one of the
j Grantees in those certain Warranty Deeds recorded in Official Re-
cord Book 279, page 1670, and Official Record Book 279, page 1671,
both of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, are NOT
.one-and the same persons.
