O R D E R
THIS MATTER having come on to be heard upon Plaintiffs' Motion
for Sanctions and Motion to Compel, argument of counsel having been
heard, and the Court having been fully advised in the premises, it is
hereby,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. All Interroga ris~~ich v be served. by the Plaintiffs
as to all Defendants, s e answered no later~~f~an November 15, 1979.
These include the or~ final Interro stories and any and all Supplemental

Interrogatories.

2. All Request to Produce which have been served by the Plaint-
iffs as to all Defendants, shall be answered no later than November 15,
1979. These include the original Request to Produce and any and all
supplemental Request to Produce.
3. Further, the issue of jurisdiction shall be reserved until
the Defendants have filed their answers to Interrogatories, at which
time the Court may require briefs regarding the constitutionality of
Florida Statute 48.181.
