THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before me this
day upon the Motion of Plaintiff to dismiss this cause and
for the return of cash bond, and the Court being fully advised
in the premises, it is '
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
1. That Roger Poitras, Clerk of this Court, return
and refund to Plaintiff, FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE,
the $25,000.00 cash deposit deposited with the Clerk of this
Court in this cause on October 30, 1979.
i 2. That this cause is dismissed as to the Defendants,
ARTHUR SCOTT, JR., and GERALDINE SCOTT and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS
AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, with prejudice.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida, this
