FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS ACTION coming on to be heard upon the pleadings and proof and
Motion of the Plaintiff, Acousti Engineering Company of Florida, (Acousti),
for a Summary Judgment, upon consideration it is:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That this Court has jurisdiction of the subject matter hereof
and the parties hereto; that the allegations of the Complaint and the Motion
for Summary Judgment filed herein are true, and that the equities of this
cause are with the Plaintiff, Acousti. There are no genuine issues of

f material fact and the Plaintiff, Acousti, is entitled to a Summary Judgment
as a matter of law.
t 2. Plaintiff, Acousti, recover from Defendants, Standard Construction

~ of Florida, Inc. (Standard) and Armco Steel Corporation (Armco) the sum
of SIX THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TWENTY-TWO DOLLARS and SIXTY CENTS ($6,922.60)
for services and materials furnished to Standard and Armco and incorporated
into certain real property in St. Lucie County; the sum of SIX HUNDRED
THIRTEEN DOLLARS and THIRTY-SIX CENTS ($613.36) as interest to the date of
this Judgment; and the sum of FIFTY-SiX DOLLARS and 00/100

F 56.00 ) for court costs now taxed, making a total sum of SEVEN
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-ONE ~ 96/100 7,591.96 for which

let execution issue.
3. Plaintiff, Acousti, recovers from Defendant, St. Paul Fire and
Marine Insurance Company (Surety) the sum of SIX THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED
TWENTY-TWO DOLLARS and SIXTY CENTS ($6,922.60) for services and materials
furnished to Standard and Armco and incorporated into certain real property
