THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Default entered
against the Defendant, STUART PAVING, INC., and upon the affidavit
of WILLIAM E. GOULD, and upon the Court being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, WILLIAM E. GOULD
CONSTRUCTION CO., INC., recover a judgment against the Defendant,
STUART PAVING CO., INC., in the amount of $24,245:82, together
with interest in the amount of $1,939.66, together with costs
in the amount of $187.30, for which sums let execution issue.
