Pre-Trial Conference having been held, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. STIPULATIONS AND ADMISSIONS were made as follows:
Stipulated and agreed that the total cost of the waterline
which forms the subject matter of this lawsuit was $619,296.35 of
which the Plaintiff paid $593,116.96. It is further expressly agreed

and stipulated to that it shall not be necessary for any party to
present evidence on these matters.
~ 2. EVIDENCE. Documentary and other evidence listed and
presented at the Pre-Trial Conference shall be admitted into evidence
without objection except as hereinbelow reserved. -
