JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having been stipulated to and the Stipluation
herein filed it is upon consideration, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
as follows:
1. A Judgment is entered in favor of the Plaintiff
jagainst the Defendants in the sum of $5,000.00 representing
the amount of indebtedness which is just, past due and unpaid
jwith no interest.
fj 2. That Defendants will pay to Plaintiff the sum of
51,000.00 on the 10th day of November, 1979 and $150.00 per
month commencing the 10th day of December, 1979 with a like

;sum due on each like succeeding period until the full amount

jof $5,000.00 is paid. Said payment shall be made by cash,
f
i`cashier's check or money order payable to John Edgar Sherrard

~lTrust Account and delivered to Post Office Box 4332, 203 Sout
Indian River Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450.

j ~ 3. Execution will not issue if the terms of the Stipula
~ ~tion are kept by the Defendants.

j~ 4. Upon application to this Court by Affidavit the
r Plaintiff shall be entitled to a Writ of Execution when the
I
Defendants fail to comply with the terms of the Stipulation.
5. Upon payment in full the Plaintiff is ordered to
notify this Court of the completion of the terms of the
Stipulation and he shall execute a Satisfaction of Judgment
(as evidence of the satisfaction of the debt.
