THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Plaintiff's Motion
to Compel Discovery, and upon the argument of Counsel and the Court
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's Motion to Compel
Discovery is granted; and
The Defendants, PANAGIOTIS ZACHARAKIS and ZACHARAKIS
ENTERPRISES, INC. shall have ten days in which to produce all
documents requested in Plaintiff's Request to Produce or otherwise
make valid objections to the production of such documents.
