NOW, THEREFORE, Grantor, for and in consideration of the
premises and the sum of $10.00 and other valuable consideration,
recei t of which is hereb acknowled ed, hereb
P Y 9 y grants,~bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the
Grantees, all that certain land in St. Lucie County, Florida
described as follows, to-wit:
The North 30 acres of that portion of the Land situ-
ate in Section 4, Township 37 South, Range 37 East
and the North 80 acres of that portion of the Land ~
situate in Section 5, Township 37 South, Range 37
East.
LESS AND EXCEPT that portion, if any, of the above-_
described lands situate in Section 4 lying southerly
of a line parallel to the North line of said Section
4 and located 75 feet North of the northern most point
of the silYgle-family residence presently occupied by
Grantor and situate upon the Land.
TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever. ~
