AFFIDAVIT OF
DESIGNATION OF HOMESTEAD
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared,
WALTER T. PHILLIPS, JR., who after being first duly sworn,
deposes and says:
1. That he has personal knowledge of all facts stated
herein.

2. That he is the head of a family residing in the State
of Florida upon the 160 acre tract of land as more particularly
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and_by reference made - '
apart hereof. s

3. That the .160 acre tract of land described in Exhibit "A"
is not located within a municipality.
4. That he desires to avail himself of the benefit of the
provisions of the Constitution and Laws of the State of Florida
exempting the property described in Exhibit "A", from forced
sale under. and process of law. -
5. That the property described in Exhibit "A" is owned by #
Affiant in fee sim le and is his homestead.

6. That this Affidavit is made pursuant to provisions of
Section 222.01 of the Florida Statutes; and further Affiant
sayeth not.
