BEFORE ME, the undersigned officer, duly authorized in the
State and County aforesaid, to take acknowledgements, personally
appeared PATRICK F. PRUDEN and MARY L. PRUDEN, his wife, who
being duly sworn deposes and says:
1. That they were the owners of the following described
real property:

5, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, a subdivision,
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
Book 1, Page 23, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; LESS AND EXCEPTING the west 50 feet
