provided she survives me for more than fifteen (15) days, as here- {

the aforesaid fifteen (15) day period, then I give my estate in

equal shares to my children who so survive me for fifteen (15) #
days. If any one or more of my children does not so survive me, I
give his or her share to his or her issue who do survive me, per
stirpes. If no such. issue so survive me, I give the share other-
wise distributable to such issue to my surviving children in equal
shares, or to their issue who survive me, as provided above.
ARTICLE IV
I nominate, constitute and appoint my wife, RUTH LaBRUYERE,
personal representative of this my Will, to serve without bond. If
she should predecease me or fails to qualify as personal repre-
sentative of this my Last Will and Testament, or having qualified,
thereafter for any reason shall cease to act, I nominate, consti-
tute and appoint my children, JOHN J. LaBRUYERE and DO~tNA M.
aBRUYERE, as co-successor personal representatives of this my Last
~ ill and Testament. I direct that no bond be required of my co-

' ARTICLE V
In addition to all the powers customarily afforded personal
epresentatives by law, I specifically authorize my personal rep-
esentative or my co-successor personal representatives to do any
nd all things which in their opinion are necessary to complete the
dministration and settlement of my estate including full power and
uthority, without the order of any court and upon such terms and
t nder such conditions as to my said personal representative or co-
uccessor personal representatives shall seem best for the proper
ettlement of my estate, to bargain, convey, transfer, deed, mort-
age, lease, exchange, pledge, menage and deal with any and all
