The petition of BTHBL FLBTCHBR joined by GLADYS MARIB HUTSON and BRffi~iDA
MARIE L,EWIS respectifully shown;
1. Petitioner is a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida residing at
3209 Cortez Blvd., Ft. Pierce, Florida 33450; .her post-office address is the same.
2. BTHEL FLBTCHER is 85 years of age and is the mother of GLADYS MARIB
HUTSON and grandmother-of BRBNDA MARIE.LBWIS, joint petitioners, whose residence
and post office address is 1110 S. 27th St., Ft. Pierce, Florida 33450; the said
BTHBL FLETCHBR is physically unable to manage her affairs and the only personal
property she owns at the present time is her social security rights and ETHEL
FLBTCHBR desires her daughter, GIADYS MARIE HUTSON and her granddaughter, BRENDA
MART$ LBi~IIS, to take over the management of her affairs.
3. The names and addressee of the persons moat closely related to the
said BTHBL FLBTCHER are ae follows:
