M LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, LELA.ND E. MATHESON, domiciled in St. Lucie County,
Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my #
Last Will and Testament and hereby revoke any and all other
Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
I.
I direct my Executrix, or Executor, as the case may.
be, to pay out of my residuary estate all of my just debts, ~
including the expense of my last illness and funeral expenses.
II. !
I give and bequeath the 23-jewel gold railroad watch ~
and chain which formerly belonged to my father, to JACK RAWE,
of Clinton, Maryland.
III.
I give and devise all of my interest in Lots 7 and 8,

Block 12, Johnson & Waddell Resubdivision, in .Dade County,
Florida, together with all improvements thereon, to my wife,
NAOMI W. MATAESON, if living, and if not, in equal shares to
E. K. SUMMER and JANIECE M. SUMMER, his wife, or to the sur-
vivor thereof.
Iv.
All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property,
whether real or personal, wherever situate of which I may die
seized or possessed, or to which I may be entitled at the
time of my death, I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, NAOMI
W. MATHESON, if living, and if not, I give, devise and bequeath
