One-half in equal shares, per capita, to ZEI,MA
' SIMMONS, 2015 - 18th Avenue, Vero Beach, Florida,
and MINA CLAIRE WILSON, 2015 - 18th Avenue, Vero
Beach, Florida.
V.
I hereby name, nominate and appoint my wife, NAOMI W.
MATHE.SON, as Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament,
to serve without bond. If my said Executrix should die, re-
sign, be disqualified, unwilling or unable to act as Executrix,
then I name, nominate and appoint FIRST NATIONAL BANK, Fort
Pierce, Florida, or its successor, as Executor hereof.
VI.
My Executrix, or Executor, as the case may be, shall
have the power at any time and from time to time, at public or
private sale, for such price and upon such terms and with such
security for deferred payment as to her or it may seem best,
to sell, mortgage, pledge, exchange, assign, transfer or other-
wise dispose of any part or all of the assets of my estate,
for any purpose consistent with the orderly administration of
my estate.

seal, and for the purpose of identification, have signed my
name at the foot of the preceding page, at Fort Pierce, Florida,
