The Petitioner, JOANN BLISS, alleges: .c ~

2. Decedent, CHARLES DOUGLAS RAMPY, whose last known address
was Route 5, Box 780, Fort Pierce, Florida, whose age was 28 years,
and whose Social Security Number was 265-88-3378,. died on July 22,
1979, at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time of death decedent was
domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this
Estate, their addresses and relationships-to decedent, and the ages of
any who are minors, are:
ALISA ERIKA RAMPY, daughter, age 7 years (Date
of Birth: April 17, 1972);
5210 Seagrape Drive
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450
4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because the
-decedent was a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. JOANN BLISS, whose address is set forth above in Paragraph
1, and who is qualified under the Iaws of the State of Florida to
serve as personal representative of decedent's Estate is entitled to
preference in appointment as personal representative because she has
been selected by the decedent's mother and by the mother and natural
guardian of the only beneficiary of this Estate.
