In the event of any subsequent default hereunder, it shall be stipulated that Liberty may secure the entry of said Judgment of Foreclosure fifteen (15) days after filing of a sworn motion alleging the occurrence of such default and praying for entry of such Judgment of Foreclosure if within such fifteen (15) day period Bears Nest and Costa fail to cure any such default or to file affidavits specifically denying the existence of such default and setting .forth the facts demonstrating the absence of any such default. In particular, it is stipulated and agreed that George A. Costa and Lucille V. Costa and Bears Nest shall file their appearances in the aforesaid foreclosure action and enter into-such agreements and stipulations as herein above set forth. Provided however, upon the happening of any such default, Liberty shall, upon the day it files its sworn motion as aforesaid, give written notice to Bears Nest and Costa of the existence of such default and of the filing of said motion. The aforesaid 15 day period which Bears Nest and/or Costa shall have to cure such default (or contest such default, as the case may be) shall commence on the day Liberty files its sworn motion and deposits in the United States mail a registered letter containing such notice, mailed to the following four persons or entities; at the addresses indicated Bears Nest George A. J. 07041 Fort Pierce, Florida 33450 i The deposit in the United States mail of said registered letter E to the four persons/entities named above, at the addresses shown, shall constitute notice to Costa and Bears Nest, and no further action or notice by or from Liberty shall be required.
