TO SIGN DOCUMENTATION IN THE
ABSENCE. OF THE RECEIVER
This matter having come on before this Court by way of
application of the attorneys for the debtors herein praying for
an~order authorizing Bernard Belsky, a member of the firm of Cole,
Berman $ Belsky, co-counsel for the receiver herein,~to sign a
forbearance and modification agreement as well as supporting docu-
ments with Liberty Life Insurance Company on behalf of the receive
herein; and it appearing from said application that it would be
in the best interests of the creditors and debtors herein if such
application was granted in view of the receiver's unavailability

to sign these documents, and good cause appearing for the making
of this order, .
IT IS, on this ~JS~ day of July, 1979, on motion of
Lehman F~ Wasserman, attorneys for the debtors herein,
ORDERED, that Bernard Belsky be and he is hereby auth-
orized to sign the forbearance and modification agreement and
supporting documents with Liberty Life Insurance Company in place
=of the receiver, Joseph K. McAlahon. '
