EXHIBIT "A"
The South 500 ft. of CORAL COVE BEACH, SECTION OtIE, lying Easterly
of the East right-of-way line of State Road AIA, said South 500 feet
being also described as Tracts C, D, E, F and the South 1/2 of Tract
G, CORAL COVE BEACH, SECTION ONE, as per plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 11, Pages 30 A and 30 B, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, all lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State
of Florida.
All furniture, fixtures, machines and equipment located on the premises
hereinabove described in the motel lobby, lounges, offices and office
areas, and all other public areas within and outside the motel stru~-
tur~ and all motel rooms and maintenance areas and private areas:
TOGETHER with all furniture, fixtures and equipment placed thereon
or therein during the existence of this Sec«rity Agreement, including
but not limited to furniture, fixtures and equipment located in the
lobby, motel rooms, restaurant, lounge and pool areas of the abo~~e
described property.
Together with all buildings and other structures now or hereafter upon
s~.id land, with the fixtures therein, and ail easements, tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or any erise
appertaining, and the rents, uses and profits thereof accruing to the
second party, SEARS NEST, and its successors, and also all apparatus
and fixtures ?~ow or hereafter erected or placed in or upon said real
estate or now or hereafter attached to or used in connection with said
real estate, ~•,•hether or not the same have or ~rould become part of said
estate by attachment thereto, including without in any trice limiting she
generality of the foregoing, all boilers, furnaces, heaters, stoves,
ranges, oil burners, mantels, gas and electric light fixtures, refrigerat-
ing apparatus, ventilating or air condition syster~, elevators, screens,
screen doors-, a~timings, blinds, window shades, kitchen cabinets, floor
coverings, lobby furnishings, gas and oil tanks and eguipr.!ent pipes,
•~rires and plumbing, all of which shall be considered as annexed to and
forming a part of the freehold hereby mortc~ged. Including but not
limited to those items listed in the attached Inventory.
