ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AGREEMENT
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE ) I
WHEREAS, heretofore, on September 25, 1975, St. Lucie
Enterprises, Inc.. a Florida corporation, (and hereafter
"Lessee"), assigned its entire right, title and interest in and
to a certain Lease between Lessee and Lucille V. Costa (Lessor).
to Bears Nest, a New Jersey Corporation, a copy of which Assign-
ment, with attachments. is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
(Assignment); and
WHEREAS, said Assignment effected a full and complete
transfer and assignment of the interest of Lessee to Bears Nest;
and
WHEREAS, Bears Nest, by virtue of said Assignment, has
been from the date of said Assignment and is presently the Lessee
under said Lease (which Lease is described on the aforesaid _
attachments); and
WHEREAS, the Assignment, as previously executed, was not
in recordable farm; and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to record in the records of
II! St. Lucie County, Florida the Assignment;
4 NOw', THEREFORE, for value received, the parties to said
i Assignment hereby re-execute said Assignment and deliver this
agreement solely for the purpose of recording said Assignment:

FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned Lessee hereby assigns,
effective as of September 25. 1975, to BEARS NEST, a New Jersey

Corporation: all_of Lessee's right, title and interest in and to '
that certain Lease between Lessee and LUCILLE V. COSTA, as '
Lessor, dated October 25, 1972, a copy of which Lease is attached {
hereto and marked Exhibit "A", which Lease is with regard to the
preriises as follows
The South 500 feet of Tracts, C, D, E. F and G ,
of CORAL COVE SUBDIVISION, SF;CTION ONE, lying
in Section 25, To~mship 34 South Range 40 East,
as recorded in Plat hook 11, Page 30A & B,~St.
