Lucie County. Florida, as more fully described
in the survey of Surveying Services of Fla., Inc.,
dated 9-12-72, together with the right to the un-
obstructed use of the Atlantic Ocean water front
which comprises the East boundary thereof, subject
to the rights, if any, of the public and all state ;
and governmental agencies to said water front.
It is expressly agreed that this Assignment shall release
and relieve the undersigned, as original Lessee, from any and all
liability under the covenants of the Lease. Lessee hereby war- ti
rants that said Lease has not been assigned or subleased.

ACCEPTANCE AND ASSUMPTION OF LEASE

IN CONSIDERATION of the above assignment. the undersigned
Assignee hereby assumes, effective as of September 25, 1975, the
obligations of said Lease imposed upon the Lessee and promises

to make all payments and to keep and perform all conditions and
