LESSOR'S CONSENT TO ASSIGNMENT
The Lessor in the above-mentioned Lease hereby consents
to the above Assignment upon the express condition that the
original Lessee shall be and hereby is released and relieved front
any and all liability for the prompt payment of the rent and the
keeping and performance of all conditions and convenants of this
Lease by the Lessee to be kept and performed.
