For the second twenty-year renewal term of this lease,
commencing December 1, 2013, and ending i~ovember 30, 2033,
Lessee shall pay to Lessor as additional annual renal
for said premises five percent (S~) of the gross revenue

c~;ived fro:.i all co.;u~ercial enterprises on the pre.-~ises,
