THIS MATTER having come before the Court upon Plaintiff's
motion for substitution of photocopies of original documents,
and this Court having considered the-above stipulation and
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff may substitute photo-
copies of the original promissory note and mortgage and the
Clerk of this Court is directed then to deliver the original
promissory note and r.~ortgage to Plaintiff's attorneys.
