THIS CAUSE coming before the Court upon the Stipulation
and Agreement of JAMES D. REVELLE and BOB EGGERT, d/b/a BOB'S
DELAWARE t40BIL, and the Court being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the claim of BOB EGGERT, d/b/a
BOB'S DELAWARE MOBIL, is hereby dismissed with prejudice, it
is further
ORDERED and. ADJUDGED that each party-shall pay their own costs
and attorney fees pertaining to this litigation, it is further
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Clerk is directed to disburse
the funds deposited with the Court by ROBERT D. RYAN to JAMES D.
REVELLE after deduction of expenses.
