granted fifteen (15) days from the date of the rendition of this
Order. to file an Amended Complaint as to Count III of the Plaintiff's
Complaint and the Plaintiff in any Amended pleading as to Count III,
be, and is hereby further ordered to attach the Waiver Of Lien
referred to in said Count III and also to supply the approximate
date or dates.
3. That the Plaintiff, SCOTTY'S, INC., be, and is hereby
permitted to withdraw and dismiss Count II from the Complaint and
the withdrawl of Count II by the Plaintiff, be, and is hereby ordered
approved by the Court and Count II of the Plaintiff's Complaint is
withdrawn and dismissed. " ~ J
