IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the undersigned
attorneys for the parties hereto that this matter should be continued
from the present trial docket of November 26, 1979 in light of the
deposition of David MacMillan, M. D. recently taken. Dr. MacMillan
feels that he will need additional time to evaluate the neurological
condition of the minor pl intiff.
