O R D E R
THIS MATTER initially came to be heard upon the Defendant,
AIRWICK POOL PRODUCTS INC'S. d/b/a AIRQUATIC'S Motion for a Physical
Examination and the Court have examined said Motion, and having heard
the argument of counsel and being duly advised in the premises does
therefore;
ORDER AND ADJUDGE ,that the Plaintiff, EILEEN M. McBRIAR, submit
herself to a physical examination by Joseph H. Mo11, 931 Ocean Boulevard,
Stuart, Florida.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Attorney for AIRQUATIC coordinate
the scheduling with the Plaintiff`s attorney and Dr. Moll's office
so that the Plaintiff may obtain an appointment that is mutually
convenient for her and Dr. Moll during normal business hours.
THIS MATTER further came to be heard upon the Plaintiff's Oral
Motion requesting a time limitation for the filing of amendments to
crossclaims, affirmative defenses and answers. The Court being duly
advised in the premises does therefore now order that all amendments
to all pleadings be completed within fifteen (15) days from the
entry of this order so that the matter may finally be completely brought
to issue. Amendments thereafter will only be permitted upon good
cause shown, if such amendments could not-have been made prior to the
fifteen (15) day deadline. ~y~
