ORDER
This cause having come on to be heard upon the Wife's
Motion for a restraining order, without notice to the Husband,
and the Court being advised~by Rupert Jasen Smith, attorney for
the Wife, that he has discussed this Motion with the Husband's
attorney, Guy Bruni, and the Husband's attorney, having no
objections to this restraining order, provided that it is mutual;
it is hereby ;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Husband, JOHN D. FRAZER, be and the same is
hereby enjoined and restrained from coming about,harrassing, annoy-
ing, mo-lesting, or threatening the Wife, MARY FRAZER.
2. That the Wife, MARY FRAZER, be and the same is
hereby enjoined and restrained from coming about, harrassing, annoy-
ing, molesting, or threatening the Husband, JOHN D. FRAZER.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida, this
day of November, 1979•
