THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 13th day of November, 1979,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between RUSSELL
L. AKINS and JOYCE D. AKINS, be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of JASON C. AKINS, age 5 years, minor
child of the parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife, JOYCE D.
AKINS, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the Husband,
RUSSELL L. AKINS.
3. SUPPORT: Commencing the day of
1979, the Husband, RUSSELL L. AKINS, shall pay to the Wife, JOYCE
D. AKINS, the sum of One Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($125.00)
per month, for the support of the minor child named herein.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Circuit
Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, and by said Clerk re-
mitted promptly to the Wife. In addition to said payments, there
is hereby assessed to the Husband the sum of $2.00 as statutory
cost to be added to each payment made to the Clerk by the Husband.
