All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court
advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while
this Order is in effect. -
The Stipulation and Agreement admitted into evidence is hereby
incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to i
comply with the provisions thereof, particularly paragraphs 3, 4
5 and b, as they relate to further support and provisions for the
minor child of the parties.

4. PROPERTY: The Husband and the Wife shall pay and be
responsible for one-half (1/2) of the monthly mortgage payments
on the marital residence described as: Lots 3 and 4, Block 344,
Port St. Lucie Section 2, in accordance to the Stipulation and
Agreement admitted into evidence and incorporated herein by
reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the pro-
visions thereof, particularly paragraph 9, as it relates to the
procedure of mortgage payments and procedure for division of the
proceeds upon the sale of the marital residence.
5. DERIS: The Husband shall pay and be responsible for all debts
incurred during the marriage, in either name of the parties, -
either jointly or individually, and to hold the Wife harmless for
said debts. -
6. FEES AND COSTS: The parties shall pay for their own
legal fees and court costs incurred during the pendency of the
dissolution o~ marriage.
7. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper. .
