DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~ '

This cause came on for trial this date and the Court
having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and ~
determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and ~
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband-and
Wife now exists. between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
GARY JOSEPH WIRTH and SUSAN LYNN WIRTH be and the same is hereby
dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever

freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between

them and from. the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of the four (4) minor children of
the parties, to-wit:
ANDREW PHILLIP WIRTH
GREGORY JOSEPH WIRTH
JEREMY JASON WIRTH
JOSHUA GEORGE WIRTH
is awarded to SUSAN LYNN WIRTH, the Wife.
3. SEPARATION AND PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT. The

evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference.
4 . CHILD SUPPORT . Commencing /y/!T ~pZ ~

GARY JOSEPH WIRTH shall pay to SUSAN LYPiN WIRTH, the sum of
$450.00 per month for the support of the minor children named `
above, in accordance with the teros stipulated in the Property
Settlement Agreement, and until said children attain the age of
